Bright minds with team spirit

We’re always on the lookout for committed professionals. The areas of auditing, tax consulting, corporate finance and client service, provide challenging projects and real opportunities for an individual’s continued professional development.

To start your career, you should have successfully completed a course at university level in economics or law. A high level of motivation and the ability to work in a team are important to us, as are personal initiative and strong analytical skills. These will enable you to manage smaller projects at FALK within a short time.

The candidates most likely to be successful, will have completed their studies on time and with above average grades. In addition to an appropriate combination of subjects, they will preferably have obtained additional qualifications such as commercial training, language skills, and have spent some periods abroad.

We look forward to meeting you soon and, for this purpose, we offer internships and traineeships every year.

We also provide support for your bachelor’s and masters’ degree programs. For example, to promote cooperative education/professional apprenticeship (duales System), we maintain close contacts with the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and its locations in Mannheim, Karlsruhe and Mosbach. We also collaborate with the Universities of Applied Sciences in Worms and Pforzheim. In addition, we maintain close contacts with the universities of Mannheim and Frankfurt. If you’d like to know more about how we combine theory and practice at FALK, please contact us.

Pforzheimer FORUM

FALK is a founding member of the Pforzheimer FORUM – an initiative made up of primarily medium-sized auditing firms. The Pforzheimer FORUM supports the implementation of part-time Masters’ degree courses at Pforzheim University in accordance with § 8a and § 13b WPO. This way we can provide young promising professionals – and suitable applicants – with sponsorship of a master’s degree which opens up access to the professional examinations, especially in the auditing sector. Within this framework, it is possible to work (part-time) at FALK as an auditing and tax consulting assistant and begin a master’s degree program which meets the special requirements of our profession. You can find out more information by contacting Thorsten Bischoff
