Excellence means: Continuing to learn

The most important success factor for FALK is the competency of our employees. This is why we have designed a systematic training and further education program: Young professionals attend basic training courses during the first two years in which they focus on the basics of auditing and tax law. The training events take place two or three times each year. They are held by experienced employees who convey practice-related knowledge and know-how. In addition, depending on the level of training and field of activity of each individual employee, we enable participation in seminars organized by the Institute of Auditors in Germany (IDW) and similar professional associations. Our monthly WISTA-meetings, where a current topic is presented and then discussed by all present, keeps all of us up to date on developments in business and tax law. Depending on the activity focus in each case, experienced employees are offered other specialized training courses. This applies especially to the international accounting field.

Audit managers can participate in the international training courses held jointly with other Praxity member firms.

However, due to our structure and our work in small teams of typically two or three employees, on-the-job training is the core and most effective “training” method we use. In the past, FALK employees who have progressed along this path have consistently attained above average grades in the tax consulting and auditing examinations. The company is particularly proud of this record.
